1. Purchase Options

Stickers Place PR offers the following purchase options:

Standard Products: Pre-designed stickers and merchandise available on our website.
Custom Orders: Personalized stickers or designs created according to customer specifications.
Bulk / Wholesale Orders: Available upon request and subject to special pricing and terms.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard Products

Orders for standard (non-custom) products may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3.2 Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If you request cancellation before production begins, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3.3 Bulk / Wholesale Orders

Cancellation terms for bulk or wholesale orders will be specified in the written agreement or invoice provided at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.

5. Order Modifications

If you need to change your order (design, quantity, shipping address, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping has started.

6. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through our website, including credit/debit cards and other available payment providers displayed at checkout.
